"Crystal on Alex's team was also wonderful! GREAT Customer service! Everyone there just always makes the day so much easier. This is so important, because these days, that kind of customer service is a lost art. I have posted this before re: this office. My parents were in sales and they used to say when I was growing up, "Treat a customer well, and you have a customer for life!". "I recently spoke with James Welsh about life insurance, even though I already have coverage through my employer. It was a very pleasurable experience. He took the time to clearly explain how personal life insurance can complement workplace coverage instead of replace it. I appreciated how patient and thorough he was in breaking down the details in a way that actually made sense. He didn’t pressure me at all, which made the entire experience feel genuine and informative. It was refreshing to talk to someone who focused more on educating than selling. He also pointed out gaps I didn’t even realize could exist with employer-provided policies. That insight alone made the conversation worthwhile. "I had the pleasure of to work with Jenny on all the items i need !!! She is very knowledgeable and attentive. I was originally paying almost $4,000 every 6 months full coverage on my two vehicle she helped me get a saving of $2500 in my pocket WOW !!! Jenny also helped me plan for the future with a awesome life insurance policy that put my mind at ease I wasn’t able to get my home insurance due to i live in a coastal area however she went above and beyond and found me saving else where !
